Valid for one year from the last day of the month issued.
Admits pass owner and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle at unstaffed sites.
At per person sites admits cardholder, plus 3 people.
Hang on rear-view mirror in vehicle.
When entering a per-person site, remove passport from hangtag and carry to display upon request.
